Life after death

I was watching Tyler Henry’s new show on Netflix, Life After Death, and I found it beyond fascinating.

Yes, it’s amazing to watch him in his element and using his gift of mediumship to help the world in his own unique way.

But what was more fascinating is the human behavior pattern that I became aware of.

This pattern was especially prevalent in those who lost parents, grandparents and significant others.

It was the need for approval.

To watch these individuals as Tyler gave them messages from the other side and to see how badly they still held on to the need for approval was honestly heartbreaking.

The need to hear those 4 words, I’m Proud of You.

Or, I approve.

The fact that someone else held so much weight in their lives, choices and success, even beyond the grave…. Flabbergasted.

Which then prompted me to do a self check…

Who’s approval am I still yearning for?

Are you doing this for approval?”

Such a simple yet groundbreaking question that I suggest you ask yourself from time to time.

Many say they desire to impact millions.

Many say they desire to make billions.

Many say they desire to get paid, build a life and business around simply being themselves.

But yet you get on social and dance for the people...

You put on a great show doing exactly the same things that all the other self proclaimed coach/consultant/spiritual leaders/thought leaders/entrepreneurs do because you secretly desire to fit in.

You say you want to be you yet you look like them.

Act like them

Walk like them

Talk like them

And you wonder why even though you’re making great money, your soul isn’t happy.

Your business is somewhat boring and mundane.

One day blends into another.

Nothing lights you up anymore.

And you look in the mirror and don’t even know who you are anymore.

Approval.

Without even realizing it you’ve slipped into the web of approval.

We all have a human desire to belong, right?

And you see that what they are doing is working for them.

And you want so badly to be seen...

To be heard...

To be paid...

To be part of the successful $200k+ per month internet entrepreneur crew.

But at what cost dahhhling?

Your programs for approval

Your pictures for approval

Your whole being for approval

What has their approval gotten YOU?

An unfulfilled life filled with material possessions that look good on the internet... anyone can do that.

But, that’s not you.

That’s not who you are at the core.

That’s not what you were put on this earth to do.

Looking rich is easy to accomplish.

But true happiness, riches and holistic wealth comes from within.

Dahhhhling, the only approval you need, the only approval you’ll ever need is your own.

When you know and trust that who you are is good enough...

Who you are is worthy enough...

Who you are is more than enough, then you will allow yourself to build a life a business around your specific brilliance and get paid extremely well while doing so.

Who will you allow yourself to be…how will you show up in the world when approval from others is no longer a necessity?

Remember you’re not a lemming.

You’re a world fucking leader and leaders don’t need approval.

Clearly you’ve forgotten.

It’s about time you remembered who you are 💋
