The unfulfilled nature of human ambition

Wherever you are you have the illusion  that is you just had a little bit more, it would make life easier.

If you could just reach that next goal you would feel fulfilled.

If you could just make another few million then you would feel accomplished and can relax.

But the truth about superhuman humans, the high performers of society is that excitement dulls with every repetition.

When hitting the $30M….$40M….$100M mark feels that same as finding a $20 bill on the street…

A flicker of excitement and then nothing…

You begin to lose hope that THE feeling will ever come.

Sometimes more doesn’t equal better.

It just equals more.

Not that you can’t continually have more. You can have as much as you desire because more is always available.

Yet when you have more, intellectually you have to work harder to make sense of it.

That’s the gift and the curse.

Your success to the outside world makes no sense. It doesn’t add up on paper and yet you continue to do the impossible on a daily.

Often times that is a heavy load to bare.

This is the unfulfilled nature of human ambition of the high performer.

Because at your level, the grass doesn’t stop getting greener.

More is the name of the game.

But if it’s no longer truly about money, then what’s the reason?

What’s the obsession with doing… being…making more?

Oh…. You thought money was going to handle that??

No no dahhhling.

Money only solves money problems.

Because this isn’t about all the things…

This isn’t about the money…

This isn’t about more for the sake of more…

This is about YOU.

It’s time to do the YOU work
